
The Bachelor of Applied Social Science provides students with an introduction to the broad field of applied social science with particular emphasis on its application in three areas of specialisation; Counselling, Management or Coaching.
The course has been developed in alignment with the College’s educational philosophy and meets the demands of industry and employers for graduates who are capable of working effectively with people, who possess a well-rounded education, who understand and can apply a range of social science principles and theories, and who are capable of thinking critically and analytically.
The Bachelor of Applied Social Science provides students with a comprehensive and flexible approach to experiential, theoretical and practical learning. The course is delivered in a small group environment by academically qualified industry experts using quality curriculum materials. Graduates are profession-ready reflective practitioners who are capable of making a significant contribution to the community and the workplace.
