Students studying the units identified below by Flexible Delivery are required to attend the relevant Diploma of Counselling Workshops at an ACAP campus. These workshops provide face to face training in practical skills, and may involve assessment of skills required for competency.

Diploma of Counselling Workshop 1
Compulsory for students taking the units Facilitate the Counselling Process or Counselling Interview Skills by Flexible Delivery. Students who study these units in separate terms only need to take the workshop once.
Diploma of Counselling Workshop 2
Compulsory for students undertaking the unit Monitor Case Management by Flexible Delivery.
Diploma of Counselling Workshop 3
Compulsory for students undertaking the unit Improve Counselling Skills by Flexible Delivery.
