The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT help and support.

 IT Help Desk

The ACAP IT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for ACAP students and staff to report all service requests, IT faults and queries.
Each request for IT assistance is logged into the Help Desk system and the appropriate IT staff member is allocated each job. This helps to ensure that IT issues are resolved in the shortest possible time with minimal disruption to work.
Once you have contacted the Help Desk you will receive an email confirming your job has been logged and allocated to a member of staff.  Once the query has been resolved, a confirmation email is also sent to you.

Contacting the Help Desk

Email is the most efficient way to contact the Help Desk, as your job will then be allocated directly to the appropriate IT Staff.
